Beast Group: 5 - 3 Alexandria Sirens

#7 seed Sirens beat out the 3 - 5 Salem Liches and the 5 - 3 Busan Metro, who have qualified for a wildcard slot.

Celestial Group: 7 - 1 Cardiff Dragons

#2 seed Cardiff beat out the 1 - 7 Le Havre Arcana Club and the 6 - 2 Queens 35ers, who qualified for a wild card position.

Demon Group: 5 - 3 Verona LC

#6 seed Verona LC beat out the Paris Lumière and the 4 - 4 Delft Wandsmiths, who qualified for a wild card position.

Elf Group: 6 - 2 Hollywood Starlight

#4 seed beat out the 3 - 5 Calyus Spellcasters and the 1 - 7 Quebec Nine Stars.

Fey Group: 7 - 1 Kyoto Foxes LC

#1 seed Foxes beat out the 0 - 8 Guangzhou Dueling Dragons and the 4 - 4 Mexico City Moonlight, who qualified for a wild card position.
